We have engineered our intercoolers to utilize a significantly larger core. While stock units simply cannot shed heat fast enough during extended hard driving, our deeper, high-flow cores provide the thermal mass necessary to absorb heat spikes without passing them on to the engine . By increasing the internal capacity and utilizing high-flow cast end tanks, we ensure that the path from the turbo outlet to the throttle body is not only cooler but also less restrictive.

2. The Carbon Fiber Advantage

An intercooler is only as good as the air passing through it. If the core is just sucking in hot air from the engine bay, it’s useless. This is why our kit comes standard with a premium carbon fiber air duct.

This isn't just about aesthetics (though the twill weave does look incredible in the bay). This duct forces cool, ambient air from the front bumper directly into the heart of the intercooler core, isolating it from radiant engine heat . It ensures that the air going into your engine is as dense and oxygen-rich as possible.
